  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct nail sizes are selected when placing an order. Any mis-measurements or incorrect details provided for the order are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Due to the nature of the products and sanitary reasons all sales are final. Refunds, returns or exchanges are therefore not possible.

  • If there is anything wrong with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Please note that since all of our products are handmade, slight variations in color, design, or shape may occur. 

  • I’m not liable for any shipping delays or lost packages once the order has been dispatched. Additionally, any mis-measurements or incorrect details provided for the order are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Please be aware that any additional charges, such as taxes or import fees, are also the customer’s responsibility.
